Faustino Creative House

Privacy Policy

This page explains, in clear and professional terms, what data we collect on the Faustino Creative House website, why we process it, for how long, and what rights you have over that information.

Last updated: May 16, 2026

In short: if you contact us through the form on the site, we process only the data strictly necessary to respond to your request, protect the form against abuse, and manage the commercial follow-up. We do not run analytics, profiling, or share data for advertising.

1. Who we are

Faustino Creative House is an independent creative studio based in Leiria, Portugal, responsible for processing personal data collected through this website in the context of contact requests, proposal requests, and management of the commercial relationship.

The project is currently in the process of formalising its legal structure. For any question related to privacy or the exercise of rights, you can contact us at info@faustinoch.com.

2. What data we collect

When you complete the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the message or project summary you send us.

For security and abuse-prevention purposes, the system may also record technical data associated with the request, such as IP address, browser user agent, timestamp, and the result of the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check.

We also store your language preference through browser local storage and a functional cookie, and a record that the cookie notice has been dismissed so it does not reappear.

3. How we use the data

We use this data to respond to your contact, evaluate the request, prepare a proposal or commercial next step, and keep a minimal record of communications received.

Technical data is used to protect the website, detect abuse, throttle automated attempts, and keep the form functional and secure.

We do not use your data for profiling, automated marketing, or behavioural advertising.

4. Why we can process the data

We process contact data because you sent us the request yourself and we need it to reply, evaluate the project, and follow up commercially.

We also process minimal technical data on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and preventing abuse. If the law requires us to keep or report any data, we comply.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. To make the site work, some data passes through providers that support us:

• Hostinger: web hosting, database, and email, with servers in the European Economic Area.

• Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot verification of the contact form.

6. Retention

Contact form messages and contacts: up to 24 months after the last contact, for commercial follow-up and minimal record-keeping. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

Security technical data (IP, user agent, attempts, Turnstile result): up to 12 months, for abuse prevention and website security.

Cookies and local storage: for the periods stated in the table below. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website uses only mechanisms necessary for operation, language preference, and form security. We do not use analytics cookies, behavioural advertising, or marketing tracking on the public frontend.

The website's admin area uses a strictly-necessary session cookie for authentication and administrator security. This cookie is only set for users authenticated in the internal area and does not affect public site visitors.

8. Your rights

Under applicable law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, or portability of your data, where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@faustinoch.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Portugal the CNPD (cnpd.pt), if you believe the processing of your data violates the law.

9. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or accidental destruction, including HTTPS, access control to the admin area, hardened sessions, and anti-spam protection on the form.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, the services, or applicable law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.

11. Contact

For any privacy-related request, write to info@faustinoch.com. We aim to reply clearly and within a reasonable timeframe.
